All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe collects and stores payment information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We retain a record of transaction amounts, order IDs, and payment status.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

5. File Uploads and Intellectual Property

When you submit 3D model files (STL, STEP, OBJ, and similar formats) for a quote or order, we store those files for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not use your files for any other purpose, share them with third parties other than as necessary to complete your order, or claim ownership over your designs.

Files may be retained for a reasonable period following order completion for customer support and re-order purposes. You may request deletion of your files at any time by contacting us at chris@makebigparts.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies — required for the Site to function, including shopping cart and session management
